How to Install kamailio software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

kamailio software package provides very fast and configurable SIP proxy, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install kamailio

kamailio is installed in your system.

Make ensure the kamailio package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kamailio *

You will get with kamailio package name, version, architecture and description in a table
